Arecaceae At Night

The Arecaceae are a botanical family of perennial climbers, shrubs, and trees commonly known as palm trees. Palm trees are mostly distinguished by their large, compound, evergreen leaves, known as fronds, arranged at the top of an unbranched stem. They are beautiful whether it be day or night.

Hot Sauce Shops

When you have a cupboard dedicated to a variety of hot sauces you tend to seek out other hot sauces not available at your local stores. Here are a couple of hot sauce shop discoveries made while on some travels to Las Vegas and Jamaica. Don’t worry, I’ll be looking for lots more hot sauces in the future. Good hot stuff mon!

Lonely Cuba

This is an aerial view of the lonely island called Cuba. There is an obvious lack of any kind of development along the shoreline – no roads, no homes, no docks or piers and no fishing boats. In fact, Cubans are not allowed to own boats because that is how you leave the island for better places. Free Cuba!
