Awful Food: Cereal Christmas Trees

‘Tis the season to make awfully festive food for friends and family. You’ll need butter, miniature marshmallows, Cheerios cereal, green food coloring, vanilla and gumdrops. Then, heat up the butter and marshmallows over low heat until melted. After adding in the vanilla and food color, fold the cereal into the mixture.

Quickly shape the mixture into individual Christmas trees using buttered hands. Stick on the ornamental gumdrops and there you have it … cereal Christmas trees. Variation: Christmas Balls.
