Awful Food: Upside-Down Chili Pie

Is it a casserole or is it a pie? Whatever it is, this Southwestern favorite is sure to please the guests at your next dinner party or tailgate. Not to be confused with a tamale pie, this dish puts the chili flavor up front. Use fresh chili or leftover chili – it really doesn’t matter.
