Awful Food: White Christmas Fruitcake

I’m dreaming of a White Christmas Fruitcake. Just like the ones I used to know. May your days be merry and bright, and may all your fruitcakes be white.

We’re not really sure why this is called white fruitcake since it looks like the traditional awful fruitcake we are all accustomed to seeing. Some powdered sugar would have certainly helped the concept.
