Awful Food: Shrimp Tree

A treat to the eye as well as the palette, this shrimp tree graced a buffet table at the dedication of a new headquarters in Washington. In this picture, Sue samples some of the “luscious pink fruit.”

This was the only time the shrimp tree was used in Washington.
