Photo Study: Three Socks

This is an older photograph taken in 1991 on film with a trusty Minolta XGM sporting an f/1.2 50mm lens. The subject of this black and white photograph is one of the great modern mysteries is one that plagues almost every household – the missing sock in the dryer. However, in this case the sock went missing on a clothes line – no dryer needed (old school, for real). This proves that socks can end up missing anywhere and it’s been happening for a long time. The mystery, however, still remains unsolved to this very day and to the very last lost sock.
