It’s all about that bust, that bust. Or, cleavage. Or, décolletage. Whether to enlarge, to shrink, or to just plain enhance, there was and probably still are lots of cremes and creams you can apply to your bust. Just look in the back of a magazine. All the way back.

Most of the bust development methods involved the application of a bust cream or the use of some type of resistance device. Many of the “bust development” companies were eventually shut down for material misrepresentations and/or just plain fraud. Oops, busted!
