Awful Food: Steamed Omelette

This is a particularly awful dish from our International Collection of Awful Food. A steamed, yes steamed, omelette that doesn’t exactly look like the omelettes we are accustomed to seeing. A distinct Asian flair is given to this dish by using minced pork, water chestnuts, soy sauce and lots of MSG.

Internationally, the steamed omelette goes by the name Gee Yuk Jing Dan. As you might have noticed, there is extra Yuk added.
