The “crust” for this Sweet Potato Turkey Pie is easily made with mashed sweet potatoes and you don’t have to cook them! Just start with canned sweet potatoes and beat in the seasonings. Fill the “crust” with a creamed turkey mixture made with canned soup and vegetables.
